Developing and maintaining a healthy gut microbiome is all the rage these days and consuming fermented food products plays a vital role. Join Felicia Koh and Alastair Hunt, from The Whole Health Practice, for a hands-on fermenting demonstration to nurture your ‘inner garden’ and maximise your health.
You will explore the principles of fermentation and learn how to make two simple ferments: “kiam chye” - a traditional Chinese ferment and “tepache” - a Mexican pineapple beverage.
