Ryion Pun has over 20 years of corporate experience and has held various executive roles in the tech industry, including Amazon and Crypto.com. He is also a wellness enthusiast who starts his day with 2 hours of meditation and Qigong. In addition, he enjoys alchemizing his wellness routine with pilates, yoga, Gyrotonic, and martial arts. His current purpose in life is simple: share his secret on how to keep his body and mind sharp, and help others discover the best version of themselves.
