Why do we face the same issues over and over again?

Swee Hoon will share personal anecdotes to explain repetition compulsion followed by a Q&A session before wrapping up with sharing a method to work with triggers.
$60

After 30 years of corporate experience and running her own PR/ editorial consultancy, Swee Hoon felt there must be more to what she was doing. So she retired in her 50s to prepare for a "new life" where she hopes to serve people in a more meaningful way.

Her self-exploration began in her 40s where she started going for innerwork sessions to understand herself better. It sparked off a life-long passion with psycho-spiritual studies where she also visited spiritual centres in France, Philippines and India.

She believes there is a loving Higher Power and there is no separation in the spiritual, family, career, political and other aspects of worldly life. We all impact one another. Living life in the best way we can serves the good of all. We all need a safe and loving holding space to grow. Her dream is to help her clients connect to their inner wisdom, love and power.

  • To realise how precious one is.

  • To discover one’s depths.

  • To resolve life's challenges.

  • To live one’s life-purpose.

  • To fulfil one’s soulful longings.

She holds a Master's Degree and has journalistic experience. She is also trained in Yoga, Meditation, Gentle Bioenergetics and Angelic Reiki.

Emotional Healing Guided Meditation

Emotional Healing Guided Meditation

In moments of stress, worry, anxiety and highly charged emotions, we are literally hijacked by a part of our brain that steps into the driving seat and sets the governing ‘state of mind’. We become the emotion. Meditation and mindfulness practices enable us to ‘step out of’ the emotional hijack. They allow a different part of our brain to take the driving seat and enable us to move towards a state of equilibrium, calm and clarity.

Before we rush to ‘fix’ or change our emotions, a powerful and healing approach is first to acknowledge the emotions and even honour them; gently turning towards them and recognising them for what they are. All our emotions serve a purpose, even those which feel challenging and unwanted.

In this emotional healing guided meditation, you will be guided safely to work on the emotions or body sensations that you wish to work on. To acknowledge them, to put them in perspective and even to know there can be valuable personal growth from these highly charged emotions - without getting overtaken, hijacked and overwhelmed by them.

Embodied Women’s Circle

This embodied women’s circle facilitates the intuitive wisdom of our mind, body and breath to re-connect, nurture and embrace: both to ourselves and to one another.

The circles are open to all women, regardless of background. The structure of each session will vary each month, but will include connection-based elements such as meditation, creative art, breathwork, sharing as a group, therapeutic and creative exercises in small groups or pairs, and yoga, dance or movement (no experience or fitness level necessary, but wear clothes you’re comfortable to move in).

The circle offers space for women to connect, share, grow, and reflect in a safe, nourishing, and non-judgemental environment. The aim of the circles is to facilitate self-inquiry about how we relate to ourselves, each other and the wider world, and to learn from one another and lift each other up.
