Vans is a highly experienced Master Fitness Trainer with over 23 years of expertise in the Fitness Industry. He is the founder of www.FitMantras.com, a comprehensive health and wellness platform that provides guidance and support to individuals looking to improve their physical and mental health.

In addition to his fitness credentials, Vans has also graduated in Positive Psychology and Well-being, which has helped him to develop a more holistic approach to health and wellness. He is passionate about helping others achieve their health and fitness goals and is a regular motivational speaker for schools, events, and corporate organizations.
